Terms of Use
1. What this is
Track Profit, operated by Track Profit, is a dashboard that consolidates your stores' sales and your ad accounts' spend and calculates the result of the operation. By using the service you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- The service is for professional use, by people over 18.
- Sign-up information must be true and current. You must provide a valid email address, and we may require you to confirm it.
- Access is personal. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping the password safe; tell us at the first sign of misuse.
3. Plans and payment
Creating an account is free. Price, limits and billing of paid plans are presented inside the dashboard before anything is charged, and can change with prior notice; a price change never applies retroactively.
4. Connected accounts
You connect stores and ad accounts through each platform's official login (Shopify, Meta, Google and the like) or with credentials you create yourself, and you declare you have authority over those accounts. The dashboard reads sales, spend and structure; write actions — pausing a campaign, changing budgets, duplicating — only happen on your command. Authorization can be revoked at any time on the platform itself. Platforms may change, limit or suspend their own APIs; we are not liable for unavailability caused by them.
5. Acceptable use
- No sharing credentials or reselling access.
- No trying to reach other customers' accounts, stores or data.
- No circumventing limits, security or metering.
- Follow the terms of the connected platforms and the privacy laws that apply to you. Towards your store's buyers, you are the data controller; Track Profit acts as a processor on your behalf.
6. The numbers
The values shown are a consolidation of third-party data and may lag or diverge when a source fails. They do not replace the platforms' official reports or your accounting, and they are not financial, accounting or tax advice.
7. Intellectual property
The software, brand and look of Track Profit belong to Track Profit. The data from your stores and accounts remains yours; you authorize us to process it only to provide the service.
8. Availability
We work to keep the service up, but it is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Scheduled maintenance is announced when possible.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for damages related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the event, and we are not liable for lost profits or for decisions made based on the numbers displayed.
10. Cancellation
You can cancel whenever you want. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law. Once the account is closed, data follows the deletion page.
11. Changes
These terms can change; the current version is the one published on this page, dated at the top. Relevant changes are announced inside the dashboard.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of incorporation, without prejudice to consumer rights that your local law guarantees you.
